Express Shipping
Shipping time: We look to get the product out to you within 5-7 working days
Express Shipping Cost: €30
Standard Shipping
Shipping time: 2- 6 weeks
Standard Shipping: €20 (Free shipping on orders above €350)
For certain orders including particularly large items, we ship using DHL Euroconnect. You cannot choose DHL Euroconnect at checkout, as this is determined manually by our warehouse staff. If your order has to be re-booked to be shipped with DHL, that will be visible in your shipment confirmation. Of course, there is no extra charge if your order has to be shippd with DHL. DHL only offers kerbside delivery, which means you are responsible for bringing the order into your home.
Your delivery step by step
1) Order conrfirmation
Shortly after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with information on your purchase, as well as the current stock status for all items.
2) Delivery update
If your delivery were to be delayed we will notify you by E-mail with a new estimated lead time from our supplier. The same applies if your products were to be out of stock with our supplier.
3) Shipping confirmation
When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a delivery confirmation by E-mail. In the shipping confirmation you will receive a tracking link, so that you can follow your order's progress all the way to your home.
4) Text message-notification
Finally, you will be notified by text message (SMS) when your delivery is ready to collect or when it's out for home delivery. Your parcels may arrive at different days and times, but you will always be able to track the shipment on the shipping carriers website.
